ISO 9001:2015

ISO 9001:2015 is an international standard for quality management systems (QMS) developed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It provides a framework for organizations to ensure that their products and services consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements, while promoting continuous improvement and customer satisfaction. The standard was last updated in 2015 and is part of the ISO 9000 family, which also includes supporting standards such as ISO 9000 (basic concepts and vocabulary) and ISO 9004 (guidance for sustainable success).
