Returns and Complaints
The following applies to public sector customers without a company agreement:
In the event of a return, the products must be packaged and returned clearly unused together with a completed return form. The goods must be returned within 14 days of receipt.
If there is something you wish to complain about, we ask that the garment be sent to our warehouse for assessment. It is therefore important that the garment is washed before it is sent.
Customers with an active company agreement with UniformPartner must use the online form for returns and complaints found on the My Orders page after logging into the online store.
