Privacy, online processing of personal data 
This privacy statement applies to UniformPartner's websites. UniformPartner AS (org. no. 922956049) is the data controller for personal data collected on the website shop.uniformpartner.no 

Please contact our customer service center for further information about terms and conditions applicable to other products and services. 

Personal data processed 
UniformPartner does not collect personal information such as date of birth and social security number, or information about personal payment cards. 

Examples of information collected
Company name – Contact person – Company address/invoice address – Your name – Telephone number and e-mail address – Home address, if your goods are sent home – Information about your use of the website, in the form of, among other things, which subpages are visited, browser settings and IP address 

How is information collected? 
UniformPartner collects information through forms on our websites, as well as lists from the company where you work. Providing this information is voluntary. If you choose not to provide personal information, we may be prevented from giving you access to the product or service.

The purpose of the information collected 
In order to provide access to our products and services – In order to send relevant information 

We create profiles based on the information collected, in order to offer you the relevant products and provide good customer service. The profiles are based only on information that you voluntarily provide to us, or information we receive from your employer, in order to deliver the goods and services that the contract with your employer entails. 

How is the information stored? 
Information collected through shop.uniformpartner.no and through customer data from the employer is stored in our internal logistics system Logon. 

How is the information deleted/anonymized? 
Information is deleted on request by contacting our customer service center. 

Disclosure of information to third parties? 
Personal data is not shared with external third parties, but UniformPartner may use subcontractors to deliver all or parts of the website. Such subcontractors may process personal data on behalf of UniformPartner. 

Rights 
As a user of our websites, you have the right to demand access to the personal data that we process about you and how it is processed. You can also demand correction, deletion and restrictions in the processing of personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Act. 

Where the processing of personal data is based on consent, you can withdraw your consent at any time. Please contact our customer service center and we will help you with this. 

If you believe that UniformPartner AS has not complied with your rights in accordance with the Personal Data Act, you have the right to complain to the relevant supervisory authority. This is done by sending a complaint to the Data Inspectorate, contact information is available at www.datatilsynet.no.
